If I order a card or letter when will it be sent?

If you order before December 1st the item or items you order will be sent by December 8th.
If you order after that date we will send the card/letter as soon as we get the order.  All orders will be sent by first class United States mail.

Can I order a letter or card to be sent early in December and a second one the week before the holiday?

Yes, but please order at the same time -- if you order a quantity of 2 and request the item be sent to the same child/address we will automatically send the first one according to the schedule above and send a second item the week prior to the holiday.
If you order two items shortly before the holiday we will send one letter the week prior and the second letter/card shortly after the holiday to tell the youngster how much we enjoyed our visit to his/her home and admonishing him/her to continue being good in 2010.

What happens if we have a special request for the message?

Just e-mail us at mrsclaus@notesfromsantaclaus.com -- give us the child's name and mailing address so we can match up your order with the request.  We can mention someone special, indicate a special event (first Christmas, etc).
